Help! What does this transit mean?

I'm going through a lot of changes in my life right now, I've been feeling a little bit lost and I'd really appreciate an advise especially about career and finances! i apologize for not being specific... i was asking about jupiter, saturn, uranus, neptune and pluto especially, or if there's anything you see related to career and/or finances.
