Or Angelina Jolie? Seriously, men today have no standards. They think every woman is hot, it is annoying lol. Most men are very simple, actually, and that is perhaps good for women! Men usually don't have an eye for beauty. Yeah sure, they think that woman is hot or that girl is cute, but they don't appreciate the little details, they are too indiscriminate.
Elizabeth Taylor got Pluto-Ascendant aspect. Marilyn too. One could of course ask if Pluto makes such a huge impact even with a minor aspect but you say about one-fourth is born with Sun-Pluto. That miight be true, but I'd say that nearly all sex symbols got Sun-Pluto, it is way above average numbers.
Blake Lively is not Plutonic in that sense, but she got SEX APPEAL. She is very sexy. But did you know that she had a plastic surgery??? Her nose was very big before. She was not this superpretty girl in her youth actually. But that doesn't matter, she got the appeal. Hollywood fixed her teeth and nose, and breasts.
Ingrid Bergman was natural - she never did anything to alter her appearance.
But I need to investigate HOW and WHY Pluto sometimes adds that magnetic look. Sun-Pluto is no guarantee for sex appeal but it sure is the best indicator of it.
What do you think of Alexander Skarsgård? I checked his birth chart. He has no Sun-Pluto or Ascendant-Pluto. In my opinion, he is very good looking, nice features, athletic, but, he lacks all sex appeal - but that is my opinion. Eyes looking too troubled, you decide. Here's a picture:

I agree with you perhaps it is doubtful if Elizabeth taylor's appeal can be explained by a bi-quintile to her ascendant from Pluto - that would be far-fetched and unfair. But yeah you must be right about that Moon thing. Because Elizabeth Taylor is plutonic, definitely. She really looks like a plutonic queen.
I am a little skeptical against those "sex symbols" pushed forth my the mainstream media. Sex symbols are very rare, I have come across a handful in my life, and I have met a lot of people. Most "hot men/women" are really average, but they get this stardom and are constantly talked about in newspapers as if they are icons of beauty. Scarlett Johansson is such a woman. I just don't think she is the kind of a woman that can intimidate guys with her looks. She is hot, that's it, in my opinion. People were mesmerized by Ingrid Bergman, Grace Kelly etc. Same with men. Just look at women interviewing Brad Pitt. Now I have always thought Brad Pitt looks good on pictures, but his mannerisms and voice is so disturbing to me, but only I seem to think that. But when he is interviewed, you can see that the women are really intimidated and nervous when talking to him. Same with Flynn, he was intimidating, and made people nervous, because of his intense sex appeal. Such people really steal all attention when they enter a room. That is magnetism. Scarlett Johansson is not magnetic she really is not. I don't think her features are balanced either. Either I'm just totally blind to her supposed beauty, or I am right and she is just an overhyped average looking girl.

Ingrid Bergman stayed natural her entire life. She appeared in TV even when she was ill and was not-so beautiful anymore. It breaks my heart to see Ingrid Bergman when she is old. She really looked old in the end, like a grandmother. From that beautiful, young, energetic girl to that old woman.
