for the Avalokitesvara mandala sand painting for compassion
that will be constructed all week until it's dismantling on Sunday.
After the ceremony
the monks will begin to draw the lines from memory onto the table
before laying down the sands.
This can take a couple of hours.

nearly half an hour before the public was informed about it
This means that someone from inside that jail who knew about it
had to have gotten onto that website and leaked the information.
