I've noticed that my lymph nodes in my neck are really swollen (keep in mind I already have a ton of health issues so they're swollen most of the time anyways) but now they're so swollen to the point they hurt. I'm weirdly enough terrified of getting a bad disease (because I have enough already) and I'm pretty sure this is just a really bad untreated sinus infection that has caused these symptoms from being untreated so long. But of course my mind jumps to the worst like me having something bad wrong with me or my lymph nodes, I can't read Horary charts so please help me!
