Silent treatments

I have been contacting this guy for work related matters that are beneficial to him but he simply is giving me the silent treatment which seems puzzling.

How do I know why is the reason. Do I look at the position of mercury? or reverse the 1st house to Virgo and look at Jupiter and Moon.

Also what will it take to get a response from him? Should I ask him blatantly whats bothering him?

Yes you should ask hinm outright what if anything is bothering him. Only when we have taken all normal, day to day type steps in a matter, and get nowehere in doing so, are we justified in asking the Cosmos for clarification via the horary art...

Men generally do not like to be asked these questions. I just did not want to jeopardize the situation further.
