lack of confidence/feeling lost in natal chart??

i know that those are both things that probably everyone feels at least once in life but since this is an astrology site lol wondering what sticks out first that could contribute to this in me.
i wouldn’t be asking if it wasn’t such a consistent issue but i’ve been really trying to work on it but something always pulls me back...and i’d like to try and pinpoint it so i can work on it better

Could you write down your birth details with time?

Lack of confidence could be due to an afflicted sun and also feeling lost which could be down to Neptune. I would need to look at your chart.

Do things to increase your confidence, this could be joining a club, being with positive people, going to the gym, achieving things, learning a skill, appreciating yourself more, doing things that make you happy, remembering your happy times.

thank you amit. those are great suggestions i have neptune in the 8th house and a sun in pisces in the 9th house. here’s my natal chart if you’d like to say more
