When to buy house? Not horary!

Hi to all respected astrologers,

My question is when I will buy my house? This will be my first house to buy, still I have the half of the money that the house price costs.But lets see.

When is best time to buy it?
What kind of location? Seaside, citycenter, in the country where I live or?
Will I use credit for it?
Whats price of the house that can cost me?

Those questions are impossible to answer through natal astrology. You would be better off considering the practical reasons why you would want to buy in a particular location, figuring out your price range the usual way, and looking to see if there are houses in those locations that fit your budget and are what you want. Natal astrology can't answer such specific questions. Even horary can't answer all those questions, and can't even answer any of them if you haven't even started house hunting yet. When it can help is after you've started the process.

When you find a house you're interested in buying, you can run a horary chart asking if it would be a good idea to buy that house. The horary would show either that it is indeed a good buy, or that there are problems with it.

Beyond that, astrology won't tell you what house to buy, when, or how.
