Moon conjunct partner's stellium

My Virgo moon, which is Unaspected in my natal cart, is aspecting the guy that I am seeing stellium. He is Sun, Moon, Mercury, Lilith and North node in virgo, they are all conjuncting each other and my Moon. Who feels it the most? Does he feel my moon there?

I can't say who's feeling it most, because our feeling life is signified by Moon. So we know you are feeling. I would think if your Moon is conjunct his Moon, then he is feeling it too.

And a Sun Moon conjunction in synastry is very powerful for both people!
