boy- Scorpio sun/Aquarius moon/Cancer rising
former girl- Gemini sun/Aquarius moon/Unknown rising
current girl (the girl he chose)- Libra sun/Capricorn Moon/Saggitarius rising.

I attached both synastries plus each natal charts.

Why he chose to be with her (Libra girl ) and left (Gemini) girl).

He is madly in love with Libra girl and have been for a while even when he was with the Gemini Girl.

The synastry with the gemini woman has a mars/mars opposition, very argumentative, and a sun/pluto conjunction, which ties in by square with her moon. Lots of power issues between them.
The libra woman has the ascendent/descendent conjunction in a flipped way, which is an incredibly pulling aspect. They have a moon out of sign conjunction, Venus on mars, Sun/saturn conjunction with Saturn ruling their ascendent/desc. It's really a very warm and loving synastry.
