I got ASC at 5Sag10. All significators (Ju, Me, Moon) are in Via Combusta!!
Here is what I find about that case:
"The Via Combust Way is a section of the zodiac between 15 degrees Libra and 15 degrees Scorpio. It is a said to be unfortunate. The Moon there is especially unfortunate, disruptive and unpredictable. It acts like a Mars-Uranus conjunction. It indicate where the querent's most upset or most at a disadvantge. Never read a chart with the Moon there."
So, this chart is unreadable.

Via Combusta

I do know of some astrolgers who do read charts even though the moon and other planets are in the Via Combusta. Some astrologers say it doesn't seem to make a difference, others find it does.

I guess the best thing to do is to try to interpret the chart and then, take note of the result. Normally, with the Moon getting ready to conjunct Jupiter, that is quite favorable.

I haven't seen this chart, so I don't know what your significators are, but if they're Jupiter and Mercury, the Moon transiting both of them in Libra could be a very good sign.

Let us know.
