Please I need answer I don't wanna be impertinent but its really important.
Moon and saturn are sextile so the meeting will happen.. But when..

Who are you talking about? Friend,crush,cousin..?

Assuming it's a 7th house matter,I am not sure you will meet in person because:
Moon is in separating aspect (means that you are moving away from this person)
Moon is in square with Mars (co-ruler). Perhaps some impediments.

That sextile orb is really tiny. Either that means the opportunity was missed just barely or it was missed so recently.
