Does he like me / favor me?

This new guy started at work - he's super nice and friendly, but we had sort of a moment where he was opening up to me (before it got interrupted with work stuff). I guess I have a crush on him, but we work with a bunch of people. So I wondered if he favored me over some of the other girls.

L1 / L7:

There's mutual reception between Moon and Mars, but no Venus / Mars. Since typically I'd be Moon and Venus I'm still taking this as a positive sign.

Moon is in Aries L6 which is "meh", but Mars in Cancer is in L10's turned L12 too maybe like the expression of both planets are being inhibited, can't act. If so, it fits because we work in the food industry and are always busy with our work tasks.

This also fits with Moon / Mercury too as an overall read because there's always something in between us, a "third space", and I think this other girl at work has a crush on him too which I just realized today.

Similarly, there's another guy there I feel warm towards but he's off limits.

L1 / Venus in Taurus in L8 - I have doubts about this going anywhere or being successful so I sort of kept my distance and am a little frustrated. Moon in L6 and L1 in L8 - strong indication of an inability to act.

I suppose with the New Moon in Gemini coming up that it means there could be a better time for conversation / connection, or that it the decision between two people will be more evident?


ALSO - is anything to be thought of that Moon is in Sun's exaltation, who's in Gemini, and Moon is sextiling Mercury in Gemini as well? Or does that reinforce the theme of third parties?
