1) Which house rules foreign language certificates?

Is it the 3rd? 9th? 5th?
Any ideas?

2) Which house rules Junior high school students & High school students?

A certificates a certificate, so would have thought it was just 3rd.

Junior high school would be 3rd and High school ....hmm maybe this is still 3rd being only a high school.

Im sure 9th is just college/university.

Where did you get 5th from for foreign lang cert ?

Hi Chrys.
I thought it would be third house too but the student is 15 years old, sat exams for a foreign language cerificate which is issued by a foreign university.

I think 5th house is learning in vedic.
