Derek Chauvin is in a single cell
can't put him with general population
although it's solitaire
it's still a form of protection
at the
Minnesota Correctional Facility-Oak Park Heights
Chauvin remains there until his sentencing
in around eight weeks.
They put criminals in solitaire when they are in danger
or
a danger to themselves
It isn’t just Derek Chauvin

"... Chauvin thought he ruled the world
All he needed to do
was

when ex-officer lane said to roll George Floyd over onto his side
from the defenseless prone position while still in handcuffs
and no pulse found

is to at the very least give George Floyd some type of aid....."
but Chauvin refused saying: "...No we'll keep him where he is..."
that was recorded by their bodycams

Chauvin may not have'... a prior record...'
but he DEFINITELY has a prior history
of the same behaviour that killed George
Chauvin previously has no criminal record
because he was a police officer
what should be looked at is his record as a police officer
and the number of complainants he had
in his years as a police officer .

The cops initially stated
that the death of Mr. Floyd was a medical situation gone wrong
if not for the video that was shot by the bystander.
That 17 year old young lady is a HERO.
As for Chauvin he must pay for what he has done.

Chauvin was previously at the maximum-security prison
in Oak Park Heights, Minnesota
from late May 2020 until June 2020
when a judge set a bail of $1m with conditions
which included Mr Chauvin not contacting Mr Floyd's family
surrendering his firearms
and not working in law enforcement
or security
while awaiting trial.

Chauvin was released on conditional bail
which court records showed
was guaranteed by a bail-bond agency, CBS Minnesota reported.
US bail-bond agents promise
to pay authorities the full bail amount for defendants
if they cannot afford do so
or
fail to appear at court.

Chauvin, 44, was held at Minnesota Correctional Facility-Oak Park Heights
where he had been also appearing in court remotely
for all but the hearing during which he and the other three officers
charged — J. Alexander Kueng, Thomas Lane and Tou Thao
appeared in person.
WCCO learned Chauvin left the facility at 9:40 a.m. Wednesday
to be transferred to Hennepin County Jail in order to post bail
and left the jail at 11:22 a.m.

Chauvin had been at the maximum security prison in Oak Park Heights since late May 2020
Chauvin’s $1 million bond conditions were:
can’t leave the state without written court approval
to have no contact with Floyd’s family
must remain law abiding and make future court appearances.
According to state court records, Chauvin posted a non-cash bond
guaranteed by Allegheny Casualty.
“....He’s financially responsible for a small portion of it.
They are the surety that’s on the hook if he were to violate it...”
Rachel Moran, associate professor at St. Thomas School of Law, said.
“...He used a company out of Brainerd
that appears to have gotten assurity
from a bond insurance company in California.
So it’s that bond insurance company in California
that’s actually funding this
and is on this hook
if Chauvin were to somehow violate conditions of the bond....”
credit: Hennepin County
Moran said posting bond is a legal right.
“....He’s presumed innocent
even if there is significant video evidence, he’s presumed innocent.
As part of that presumption of innocence,
most — the vast majority of cases
— do have a bailable amount that if you can post
that you are allowed to remain free pending trial....”

HOWEVER

That $1m with conditions bail was immediately revoked by the Judge
when Jury found Chauvin guilty of all charges

This was not proven.
Chauvin himself specifically CHOSE trial by Jury
and so since
Chauvin was found guilty on all three charges by a Jury
therefore
Chauvin is currently a convict
held at the maximum-security prison
in Oak Park Heights, Minnesota
in a single cell for his own protection
from the general prison population
as well as from himself
i.e.
effectively is on suicide watch
FURTHERMORE
now that Chauvin has been convicted on all charges BY A JURY
when the next hearing occurs
which is pre-sentencing
THEN
Chauvins record as a police officer
and the number of complainants he had
in his years as a police officer

SHALL
be very relevant
BY LAW being part of the pre-sentencing discussion in court

The violent mob is now saying that "Justice has NOT been done' even though the Jury voted guilty on all charges!

These people are crazy & scary.

Now, they are after another white police officer who shot a 16 yr old girl to death who was in the process of stabbing another black girl to death with a big knife!

It's a 'clean' shooting & the bodycam proves it. But the mob want him charged & found guilty too!

If the police officer had not shot the girl, the mob would have attacked him for not protecting the innocent black girl who probably would have been dead by now. Knife attacks are extremely brutal & often lead to death;my friend's brother was killed in a knife attack at a gas station by two young punks who tried to rob him.

LeBron James put a photo of the white police officer on his Twitter with the words 'You're next'.

OMG, that's a direct message to his millions of followers to kill the police officer who did nothing wrong but protect the public & do his job.

As for Chauvin, he received no Justice, just mob rule & mob intimidation & that's why his sentence will be appealed & overturned in months to come.
The leading defense attorney knows what he's talking about.

There’s No Way Americans Can Trust The Jury’s Chauvin Verdict

We know the judge in the case refused to sequester jurors from media coverage and outside influences during the trial, and that the pressure conveyed to them was beyond intense. It was made perfectly clear to them that the nation would be engulfed in flames if they expressed they did in fact have a reasonable doubt over whether Floyd’s death was Chauvin’s fault.
The entire bloody year of 2020, in which unprecedented and murderous riots swept the nation, was premised on the incident that led to this trial. At least 30 people died amid waves of riots that widely used Floyd’s death as the pretext. The Floyd riots have caused the most high-dollar damage in U.S. history, an estimated $2 billion.
T
That was all before the verdict. During the Chauvin trial itself, “hundreds” of rioters smashed buildings and assaulted police nearby in the aftermath of another officer-involved shooting. Minneapolis police put up razor wire around their offices in preparation for the verdict announcement. So did police and cities across the nation.
National Guard troops were deployed in Minnesota and D.C. in anticipation of the verdict announcement.
The jurors knew that the media covering the trial and looking at their faces every day for three weeks knows who they are. An in-state newspaper even signaled to the jurors its willingness to expose them to the violent mobs roving Minnesota over the last year by publishing descriptions of the jurors in advance of the verdict. Those descriptions published in the Minneapolis Star-Tribune contained age, race, location, profession, even immigration history.
You think jurors would have been willing to have themselves and their families go into witness protection to venture a reasonable doubt about Chauvin’s potential contribution to Floyd’s death? You think they’d be willing to trade their lives plus nationwide violence for one stranger’s? If you think that, you know nothing about human nature.
. The witness’s former house — half a country away from the trial, in northern California — was also doused in blood

Interesting that the videos showed Floyd saying he couldn't breathe before anyone touched him, also video showed that the infamous knee was not on his neck as claimed but on his shoulder blades.
He chocked down several pills in the police car to hide them, his supplier who was in his car with him took the 5th so to avoid saying he had given Floyd enough to overdose on.
One man's life sacrificed to the narrative of police brutality, appease the crowds, avoid seeing cities burnt down. How sad.
Who will be the next victim thrown over the cliff to satisfy this insatiable evil?
Because they will not stop with this, they will ask for ever more.
You might be next.

A defense attorney I listen to you regularly says Chauvin should have been acquitted on all charges as the cause of his death was never proven in the trial.

And he talks about the Bryant shooting, which was cleared by the police chief as 'justified' but the violent mob want to hunt him down & kill him too! I'm sure they will 'get to' Chauvin in prison so I hope that he's kept in protective custody until he walks free after the conviction is overturned.

Columbus, Ohio – As reported earlier, officers were called to the 3100 block of Legion Lane just after 4:30 PM Tuesday for a stabbing and a shots fired call at 4:45 PM.

The police shot Ma’kiyah Bryant, a 15-year-old girl who was attempting to stab another person.

The police bodycam footage showed Makiyah Bryant attempting to stab someone as the officer acted swiftly and opened fire, fatally striking her.

“This Is Not Justice!” – AOC Goes Off after Police Officer Derek Chauvin Found Guilty on All Charges (VIDEO)

BLM Minneapolis: ‘I Don’t Want to Say We Need to Start Killing All White Folks… But… Maybe They Need to Feel the Pain and Hurt’

Ami Horowitz
interviewed several people who were attending the memorial to get their take on things like… burning the city down and using violence against white people.

“Burn the whole city down, what does it matter?” one of the women asked. “I say burn the city down, y’know? So they can see that we’re here,” another woman asserted.
One of the women went on to say that Derek Chauvin should not have received a trial at all.
“There shouldn’t even be a trial, he should be convicted just as is,” she said.
One of the women said that she believed that “thousands” of unarmed black men were killed last year in the United States — the number is actually 18.
They all also seemed to agree that there is a “genocide” happening to African Americans — and “anyone who isn’t white.”
When asked about a second Civil War, one young woman said “if that’s what it takes, then we have to do it.”

"“YOU’RE NEXT” – LeBron James Threatens Hero Columbus Police Officer Because He Stopped a Teen From Stabbing Another Girl"

So LeBron will be the next to be censored on social?
The poor 16 year old girl by the way, who is so sweet in the prom photo being published, was physically as big as LeBron! And she knew the police were there and watching when she attacked another woman there (and her daddy kicked the woman in the head when she was down) and then pulled out the knife to attack the girl who was saved by the police.

"They all also seemed to agree that there is a “genocide” happening to African Americans — and “anyone who isn’t white.”

In fact there is a worrying rise in attacks on Asians, and it is at the hands of blacks.
So where do we go with that?

The majority of blacks die at the hands of other blacks.
Does that sound like a problem that should be addressed, Kamala?

And not surprisingly record numbers of resignations are being received by police who are just giving up. They can work in the private sector, more money, guarding politicians and agitators.

MN defunded the police & the crime rate increased so dramatically that they put back the 6 Million they took out in 2020 and hired more cops!

The cabal are pushing for a 'race-war'...all these mobs are funded by Soros & China.

Many good cops are quitting, they can't take the Dems attacks anymore. It's the minorities that suffer the most when there are no police. The wealthy politicians have their own police protection, they don't care about anyone except themselves.

Bidan/Harris introduced crime bills that were the most racist & locked up more young, black men than anyone else. Fake president Bidan been in politics over 47 yrs & did nothing but hurt the black people.

Black-on-black crime kills thousands each year with the gang-banging. Black people are attacking white & asian people regularly but no reporting of that on the fake news.

Saturn/Uranus continuing the unrest and the instability brought about by the Democrats.

Derek Chauvin
the life he lived before that fateful day is already over.

Last year, following Floyd’s death, just days later
his wife of 10 years, Kellie Chauvin, filed for divorce
and in a statement expressed sympathy for Floyd’s family.

Divorce court documents show that in their final settlement

Kellie got over $700,000.

He & his wife MAY face tax evasion charges but you've convicted them already!

But why don't you talk about Floyd's VIOLENT past where he entered a home illegally to steal & BRUTALLY ATTACKED a woman in her own home.

Why don't you talk to her & she can explain how TERRIFIED she is now & the SCARS from her injuries?

The fake news NEVER talk about George Floyd & all the people he has seriously hurt in his life, the long, long criminal record from violence, to drugs, to theft.

He served 5 yrs in prison for a violent, brutal crime & should have served a much, longer sentence.

George Floyd was a criminal
George Floyd was a convicted criminal. He had spent five years in jail for robbery and assault and was accused of previous crimes. He was not the innocent victim that mainstream media reports suggest. It is not surprising, given this long criminal history, that he was treated with suspicion by police.

“What is not being told is the violent criminal history of George Floyd,” said former Minneapolis Police Department (MPD) Lt. Bob Kroll, who represented more than 800 police officers at the time of Floyd’s death. “The media will not air this.”

Police Arrested Floyd a Total of 9 Times, Mostly on Drug and Theft Charges
According to court records in Harris County, which encompasses Floyd’s hometown of Houston, authorities arrested him on nine separate occasions between 1997 and 2007, mostly on drug and theft charges that resulted in months-long jail sentences.
