We will get together again?

We got separated in january.. after 1.5 year of relationship.
We didn't see each other since we work from home and he's moved in a near city. We just talk, but nothing special.
I was wondering if is there a chance that we can be together again... I still think at him.. I hate this, I don't know what to do to end my feelings because it hurts!
