Can it affect my father's life if I'm going through shani sade sati and rahu is transiting. How can I avoid these ill effects of shani and rahu.
Also, somebody told me not to do any donations on Saturday as my Saturn is exalted but mostly it is recommended to do donations on Saturday during shani sade sati. What should I do to overcome all these obstacles.

Are you trying to bribe Shani ? Then it won't help. First things is that Planet (including Shani) won't make or brake things. They don't make events happen in our lives. All planets are just indicators of future events. So worshiping a planet is of no use , for they won't see / feel / appreciate what you do.
Instead, if you are so worried about your father's health , take him to a good hospital, get a complete medical check up done for him, see that he follows doctor's advice that might include medication, diet , exercise, change in life style (as required) .
Don't run behind fake Astrological remedies as a quick fix solution (Band Aid!) , these remedies are just ways to loot people under the disguise of Astrology.
And one more, if the question is related to your father's health better give his birth details not yours.
For such serious matter like health don't use Astrology, Astrology can't even stand 1% against the modern medical science.
And to conclude, if at all you are serious about knowing , then better pay a good , competent Astrologer for a detailed reading.

Both of these gentlemen are esteemed on this forum. At the very least, in my eyes.
They are basically saying what I could not, that you are looking to astrology regarding death, health, and looking to find a way out of your Saturn return. This is a tough part of life everyone goes through in different manners.
When I asked for your "real question" I was hoping that what was presented initially would clean up and become a proper question to ask of astrology(on a public forum).
