Will I sell apartment within 6 months?

Hello,

I want to sell it so I can move.

So I first asked a horary for "Will I sell within 3 months?" and since it says no I asked again "Will I sell within 6 months?". Is it ok to do that?
Me = Sun
home = mars
buyer = saturn
my resources = mercury
buyer resources = jupiter

Moon and Saturn are in 4th: moon is in detriment in the sign ruled by Jupiter: I am not in best position to sell
Mars, home, is in 9th, in regency and Sun's exaltation: +
Moon will trine Mars: I will sell the house

is that correct?

looks like it is getting sold!

Jupiter L8 is in 1st house

I think there is MR between sun and jupiter

umm i'd say yes...
it might not be the price you wanted but it will be close enough to keep you happy!

question: do you count jupiter in the first because it is close to the ascendant in the 12th?

So Sun/Jupiter in mutual reception, but retrograde, is what signifies that I will get a bit less than what I wanted?

It was about to be sold than at last minute, the buyer chose another apartment in the same building that was a bit cheaper but had a lot of refurb to be done
