Sun Mercury conjunct MC

I'm traveling and decided to go to Cali Colombia on my solar return. this would put the Sun and Mercury exactly conjunct SR MC 29 degrees Taurus, and the Moon and Jupiter conjunct in SR 4th house Sag. My mind and energies will be focused on business and real estate this coming year. I also expect to do a lot of traveling with Jupiter and Venus in SR 9th trine natal venus in aires and uranus in Leo. the SR Asc falls in my natal 2nd and is also conjunct natal Uranus but not exact...within 4 degrees. my natal sun is in 11th house. I'm a cancer rising. Is this a good return for real estate, to buy and sell/house rentals?
