India chart or in rashi chart langa for ind is Pisces.

Anyway moon sub fav ind till end of 10:13 ist ..
From 10:14 ist..
Moon moves rahu star rahu sub is against Ind.( expecting rain to come again)

Wonder how you're getting a different Lagna.
I double-checked even with Solar Fire and getting Libra as the Lagna.

If i use country chart for India ASC it will be Pisces.( i use Asc shift w.r.t moon's sub and sub-sub)
But now india asc is Aries which is not good for India.

If u cast muhurta chart @ providence,guyana libra Asc (right)
But where is combust ?( with moon?) Then NO.

Combust or combustion said only, Whenever a planet comes very near to the Sun, it is divested of its brightness (luster). The said state is called combustion.
When both the Sun and the combust planet are functional benefic planets and are closely conjunct, we have to see their two roles distinctively. Firstly, as the lords of the two auspicious houses they rule.
The significations of both of these houses will flourish and will be connected to each other except the short run transit malefic influences which will stress the combust planet comparatively more than the Sun.

As per horary chart
Asc Sub lord is sun in star of mercury and in sub of sun it self... sun and mercury both are owning 1, 2nd- 11th houses respectively. Also both are posited in 11th cusp. As per my analysis india gonna win this match for sure as per star signifying india's victory

Sri Lanka vs New Zealand, 1st Test
