Would it be possible for you to repost the chart, insert south moon's node, and also the transits? It would make it all more visible. Thanks
It's an intriguing chart you have!

Not to complicate things, but have you already looked at your progressed chart to see if there are any important aspects taking place?
So, the relationship/marriage 7th house is ruled by stabile, reliable Saturn and co-ruled by freedom loving spontaneous and erratic Uranus. At the moment neither of these planets are being activated by transits. (By "at the moment", lets say immediate present, including next few months).
Uranus at the end of Aquarius is the divorce planet, and in 7th will push you to gain freedom, unless the energy is manifested in some concrete way. For example, an older person, or an aquarian. Or someone with a prominent Uranus in their chart.
Saturn on the other hand is heavily woven into a tight connection. It is at 17 degrees, exactly conjunct the north node. As we know, the north node shows us where we have to go in this lifetime, what we need to develop, what we should be steering towards. Saturn is, again, an older person, a reliable, serious, responsible person. These are the traits you want to develop and want to find in a partner.
Both Saturn and NN are at 17 degrees, so this is a "fated" connection. There is something predetermined where you have no control over the situation.
In addition, Venus is conjunct Jupiter, both at exactly 17 degrees, which ties this aspect directly into the Saturn/NN connection.
Saturn rules 7th house, as well as 6th (health, work, service) and is located in the 10th (career). Venus is 3rd (communications) and 9th (foreign places, religion, spirituality, higher learning) houses, in caring, artistic cancer, in the 12th (hidden things, subconscious, hospitals and institutions).
Jupiter, also in cancer, rules 4th (home) and 5th (children, creativity).
There is a very close tie between all these energies, and a fateful destiny for you to fulfil.
See where your progressed moon lies, because moon enters into the equation by deposing of Venus/jupiter, and its next aspect is with Uranus in the 7th.
Currently, transiting Neptune is activating your natal moon.
South node. This is your past, it is what you know, what is familiar to you, and what is your safe space. This is where you go when you are threatened, tired or unsure of yourself.
SN is in sagittarius, the spiritual religious sign. And it is conjunct Pluto, powerful transformer. When you hide in your safe space, you tend to try to revolutionise things, your thinking, your home, you exert an irresistible power in an attempt to find out what is underneath the surface. And this contrasts of course with the path you should be following, NN and Saturn. Saturn wants stability, it wants old traditions. Pluto wants to disrupt and soar like an eagle to recreate.
So, Jupiter (12th house, ruler of 4th and intercepted pisces in 7th) will oppose the Jupiter/venus conjunction, while at the same time active energetic mars will square the conjunction. Simultaneously, this will also activate the Saturn/NN conjunction.
Big events coming up!
When mars activates all of this energy, it will trine Pluto/SN making it very enticing to retreat there. Try to resist, and plow through the lessons Saturn must teach you.
Note that transiting Uranus, the upstarter, will also square your Neptune near 7th cusp.
Not sure if all this will directly effect your love life in the sense of provoking an encounter, but it will certainly push to put you on the path.
When you look at the progressed chart, also check your Solar Return for just before all this takes place to see what is being activated.
Wonderful time coming up for you! Take advantage to the full!

Whether any particular current transit is activated
is dependent on
whether the particular planet is intensified by Annual PROFECTION
there's a useful FREE PROFECTION calculator https://horoscopes.astro-seek.com/annual-profections-astrology-calculator

because Jupiter takes twelve years to orbit the Sun
transiting Jupiter opposes natal Jupiter every twelve years
and since your natal Venus is conjunct your natal Jupiter
then
recalling events twelve years ago is helpful with
pinpointing theme of this transit

there's a FREE transits calculator
at https://horoscopes.astro-seek.com/transit-chart-planetary-transits
and

because
Mars take approximately two years to orbit sun
those Mars squares are more frequent
and

using the FREE transits calculator
enables you to check the previous times Mars squared Jupiter and Venus
and recall events at that time
The profection year starts on your birthday,
so when in the calendar year the profection starts doesn't matter. If your birthday is on December 31st
and your profected Ascendant is ruled by Mars,
Mars will remain the ruler of the year
until the next December 31st.
Profections are primarily a sign based technique.

You CAN do it with houses,
but it was meant to be done in a sign based way,
one sign per year.

If there are no planets in the profected house

then the lord of the sign of the profection takes over.
So if your profection lands in Aquarius and nothing is in Aquarius,
then Saturn takes over for the year.
If something was in Aquarius Saturn would still be
the lord of the year, but those other planets would remain relevant.

To keep it simple I'd stick with seeing who is in the profected sign

and interpret those planets.
If no one is there
focus on the ruler of the sign,
who will be important even IF another planet is in their sign.
