It looks like a normal sequence of events:
•1)Popular-vote tallied in each State
•2)Board of canvassers approves vote-count in each State
•3)Governor certifies the winning candidate's slate of Electors in each State
•4)Electoral College announces the Electoral Vote winner
•5)GSA approves transition from one Administration to the next
•6)Congress votes to disregard objections to each State Election process
•7)Vice President formally announces winner of the Election in the Senate
?8)Winner of the Election is Inaugurated on January 20th
But, not everyone is convinced that the announced winner's Inauguration, normally routine, will go unchallenged.
The coincidence of an exact Mars/Uran conjunction on Inauguration Day, squaring the Jupiter/Saturn conjunction still in effect, leaves room for speculation that the normal sequence won't be completed as expected.
Is there a major surprise in store?
