This is a bit of a hard one. I can't see any other major aspects other than the Moon is VOC. This would mean the favourite will win. According to bookmakers the (slight) favourite is Man city, however, the match will take place in Emirates stadium, home of Arsenal. Which team would you pick to win in this case?
After further consideration I found an aspect from Moon to antiscia of Venus (Lord 10). Looks like ASC team is going to win, though, IMO the aspect might not be that strong to bring about a win...
Using more traditional methods (rather than my Moon based alternative method) I would say the asc team is likely to win since:
-NN is in the (whole sign) 1st house
and
-significator of the asc, Mercury, is in the 10th (whole sign) house
