It is one vote per state & the Republicans have the majority in this case!

"Dueling Electors" is unprecedented because there's no provision for that.
It's a fantasy. The only Electors who will matter are those who were officially certified by their respective State canvassers. And, in order to contest any of those Electors is by a full vote in the House, which would obviously vote against that.

The entirely biased and inaccurate Antrim report is being contested by both the State of Michigan and Dominion. It's only real result will be to reinforce the false belief that the Election was somehow "rigged" across the nation.

It IS over for the Presidential Election. All that remains is for the Republicans to try to hold on to their Senate majority in the Georgia runoff elections, January 5th, 2021.

Actually these machines were checked out weeks ago. Across all of the counties and states that used them, Trump actually had more votes tallied than Biden.

Dominion Voting Systems is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It's not like they have a personal stake in the outcome of the election. If they leaned towards Biden, it's hard to explain why, across the country, Trump actually got more of their votes.

Hard to imagine Joe Biden personally rigging thousands of voting machines that ended up supporting Trump. I guess he's a busy guy.

I've said it all along: democrats should support a full election audit.

Dirius, I explained this to you multiple times already.

It costs a lot of money to mount a full recount. Why didn't the Republicans offer to pay for them?

But in reality, the states have their own laws and guidelines for the conduct of recounts. It's not a question of which party wants them. Recounts may or may not be granted, depending upon state law. It looks like the website Ballotpedia has a full list of state laws on recounts.

Basically a recount in Arizona is automatic if any candidate wins by a very tiny margin. But the state does not allow recounts by request if one candidate won by a bigger margin.

Even more to the point, if Dominion was into rigging the close-vote elections, a perfect target would have been the Georgia Senate races, which were so close they resulted in two runoffs. Why not give Biden a majority in the Senate if they gave him the win for President?

It takes both the House and the Senate to contest, so even if those Republican Senators do an about face, like "You can take me at my word" Lindsey Graham did about not voting for Amy Barrett, it wouldn't matter. Not one Democrat in the House would vote to contest.
