You mutually agree to it but develop feelings, and can’t separate it from a friends with benefits situation

either you reduce sex to a purely physical and hedonistic activity
or you take sex seriously in which case the relationship has to move to one extreme: separated or integrated

Yes, im good friends with my ex boyfriend. But also after one lr two years after break up. As long as you or he had feelings for you its not possible

Actually, a friendship taken up after time can be very rewarding, because you know each other, and have gotten over the elephant in the room and can relax with each other.

It is impossible to know or control the other person's mind, emotion and motive, so that it would become uncertain and difficult situation. Also bear in mind, emotions, feelings and thoughts all bound to change in people too.
