Saturn midheaven (or IC?). All earth signs. Water rising. Weakened everything else.

I'd say a grand cross fixed square, with Saturn at midheaven (Capricorn, Taurus or Scorpio preferably) and a decent smattering of Earth. No mutability. So it's either 0 or 100
