Chloe, ElenaJ has given you a good reading.
There are very few nicey-nice vanilla charts out there. Someone who's love life looks brilliant might have problems managing money or keeping friends, for example.
Most charts have areas of life that look good, and areas marked "needs improvement." But then the real task of chart-reading is to look into the how and why.
Love shows up in a few different places in the heart. Your ability to give and receive love are indicated by Venus (affection) and the moon (emotional nature.) With your Venus extra-strong in its own sign of couples-oriented Libra and your moon exalted in loyal Taurus, you have the powerful ability to give and receive love. (Including with home and family, with your moon in the 5th house.)
We look to the sign on the cusp of your 7th house (of marriage & other committed relationships) to see what kind of love-interest you're attracted to. With Gemini on the cusp, Mercury rules your 7th house. You probably want someone who is knowledgeable and a good conversationalist.
In a heterosexual woman's chart, Mars is another indicator of the man she finds attractive. With Mars in the 7th house, it seems that marriage or a permanent living-together arrangement is extremely important to you. However, Mr. Mars may become moody (the moon rules Cancer) to the point of being combative (Mars) so just guard against your accommodating Venus in Libra nature putting up with inconsiderate behaviour. This is especially a tendency with Saturn squaring your moon-- you may subconsciously feel that it is your job to be the adaptive one in a relationship.
But each planet, sign, and house has multiple interpretations that are consistent with their core meanings. Some fun ones to think about:
Ideally you find someone who loves water sports (like sailing, Cancer is a water sign) or gourmet cooking (Cancer rules the stomach.) With Mercury conjunct Jupiter, you might enjoy sharing great philosophical ideas.
With your 8th house planets, you are probably a very private person, so hopefully you are getting out in circulation and meeting people.
Then True Love really goes by comparing and combing the two people's charts. Once you've found a Person of Interest you can check to see how compatible you are as a duo.
BTW, the Placidus house system used in your posted chart can be really skewed at high latitudes, like Scotland. I'd be tempted to look at your chart in whole signs houses. This would move Mars from the 7th to the 8th house, and other planets, besides. You might compare your Placidus chart with your whole signs chart, and see which one best describes you.
