Is he in a committed relationship?

I'm having dreams about a man that I dated in spring and thought I was over. In my dreams he's with someone else and unhappy. We talk about our feelings and what went wrong between us. So, I asked whether he was in a committed relationship.

He is Jupiter and not in great shape applying to Saturn, representing commitment. So it is a yes, he is committed in a relationship. I don't think he is happy though.

Mercury and Jupiter are separating by a square; our last contact at the end of July wasn't a happy one.

Jupiter & sun applies to trine/sextile moon. I'm not seeing any reception. Jupiter squares Venus, ruler of my 12th house.

Can anyone offer any further insight?

You are mercury in the very last degree and very last minutes of the sign of libra (marriage), about to change to scorpio, when you will be approaching an opposition to Uranus poised on the cusp of your 12th house cusp.
