About 3 weeks ago we recieved the official documents about our actual pay rise. I am not satisfied at all, because I have been working very hard for a very long period. I asked my direct boss, but she told me that it had not been her decision. The amount of pay rise has been decided in the head office.
My question is: Should I go further to make a complaint or not?
