Karma/unlucky chart?

I see two things in chart restricting you
~ Mars is debilitated and in elevation, in 11th house
~ Mercury is debilitated/detrimental in 8th house. Progressed ASC is in Virgo.

Try to improve Mars by taking things to completion and Mercury by good dietary habits/exercise. You should feel improvement.

Relationships involve the interplay of chemistry between individuals; some of it is at the conscious level, but much of what goes on comes from subconscious promptings. We each have our own personal chemistry signatures and for you that is the combination of Sun in Pisces, Moon in Sagittarius and Leo Rising, so it is a matter of which energy dominates at any given time.
The conjunct of Moon/Pluto is adversarial to the ASC and Saturn, so somewhere there is a disconnect in the way that you project yourself into the world, and your true essence that lies at the seat of the Soul. Pluto shows that your early childhood conditioning was less than ideal; you may suffer from intense mood swings and past issues of power and control; perhaps even abuse or domination which has undermined your sense of self. These are typically kept hidden away in the depths of the psyche, as a means of self-defense; but others can still often perceive those depths of emotional storms that you carry within and thus tend to back off.
It is the expression of the personality that people initially react to; some may find you overly controlling or overbearing as per the Leo energy; secretive/obsessive via the Moon/Pluto; or
or easily manipulated and oversensitive as per the Pisces Sun.

Saturn in the 7th H often serves to inhibit congenial interactions with others, and that may hold karmic ramifications passed down through the generations as a theme of challenge. The key then is to break down limitations or blockages that you have been set to conquer. The solution may rest on increasing your self-awareness and adapting by making some personality changes that may improve both your receptivity and your approachability by others.
since Saturn has recently turned retrograde, this is the best time to really get to know yourself and gain understanding about the nature of relationships. Don't give into feelings of doom and self-pity as they are but the chains that bind you.

Perhaps then, it is more karmic in nature than we might suspect, as indicated by the Saturn/Pluto square...by that I refer to the consequences of past errors, misunderstandings or fears that are etched upon the Soul, and looking for discharge.
Saturn typically reveals the generalized themes that are carried over needing our attention, and when placed in the axis of relationships reveals that you are still needing to learn about the nature and purpose of relationships in general. This is reinforced by the opposition to Chiron in the 12th. The North Node in the 4th is also a clue as to where you are meant to be going in terms of clearing your karma.
You might want to consider what you observed about relationships through your parents in early life and how that has contributed to your beliefs and attitudes about relationships. You were born at the last quarter phase of the Moon, often referred to a crisis of consciousness, and suggests some form of disharmony between the parents as you were growing up.

the configurations of Venus and Mars in your chart are also quite divisive in terms of maintaining intimate relationships; Mars in Cancer is in detriment, and Venus in Aries can be quite demanding or controlling, so you may swing back and forth at times between passive/aggressive tendencies in initiating relations with others. Then you might also consider what expectations you carry in terms of a 'happy relationship'; Venus opp Jupiter can reveal overblown or unrealistic expectations.
Another thing to know about is that it is our inner belief systems that contribute to the consequences we experience in the outer world. In doing a proper self-analysis one must be totally honest with themselves and willing to own up to their limitations and weaknesses as well. With Saturn currently transiting your Moon, this is meant to be a time of releasing emotional baggage from the past and really 'coming clean' with yourself. As within, so without. In Sagittarius, this can indeed serve to dampen your optimism, hopes and inspirations. What can one do about that?

Rather than bemoaning your karma, determine what lessons you are meant to be learning at this time. Live one day at a time and avoid projecting your fears, limitations or blockages into the future. Acknowledge that the things you do today are planting the seeds of the future, so make it count.
The Solar Eclipse today falls near to your Sun, and this can auger the potential for new insights and understandings about your own sense of Identity and autonomy within the next 6 months.

In my opinion, Saturn does not get chance to play inhibiting role. The weakness of Mars and Mercury, you don't have enough energy and drive.

My suggestion about improving Mercury is related to improving Cellular Metabolism.

what you need to understand is that your inherited karma is not about punishment; rather it is what the Soul needs for it's evolution. Thus even though we may not reap the rewards in our limited time here, the benefits are carried over; it is an investment for the future. I know it all sounds pretty hokey, but there is a generalized plan for our life, and a greater reason behind our challenges.
Another factor to consider is that Saturn in the 7th typically results in marriage being postponed or delayed until later in the life, so that you are more mature in making a long-term commitment. Perhaps you are in need of growing up more and gaining the understanding of the nature of reality.

Aquarius is about independence, autonomy and freedom of thought; as such the challenge may be about developing these more in this lifetime, rather than being dependent on others for support and acknowledgement. Perhaps a greater use of your creative intellect in finding alternative solutions when problems crop up. Too many people fall into the trap of the 'group mind think' by sacrificing their own source of knowledge and inner understanding, and the mind is a terrible thing to waste.

I suppose at this juncture I am asking you to also build up a solid support system of 'faith' as well.
Without such a support system we can easily become overwhelmed by life's trials and tribulations.
Venus and Jupiter opposed can contribute to a lack of faith, which can leave the soul feeling adrift and bewildered. The 9th House also relates to that need for faith and spiritual trust, gained through a higher state of consciousness.

Admittedly you have a very complex chart that would require a great deal more intense delineation.
Still not everything is sealed in stone, but the key is to realize is that it is the things of your 'inner world' that translate into your outer circumstances, thus it is incumbent on each individual to become more familiarized with this inner landscape to help you make the changes you would like to see in your life.
