upcoming solar return, sun in 12th house..

hello :smile:
I've been taking a look on my new solar and I am a bit worried... sun in solar 12th house with really bad aspects from uranus and moon and a solar ascendant in 8th house conjuncting my chiron.. I am really worried about my health.. does this indicate some injury, accident? :crying:
Despite all the bad stuff, I have a positive jupiter on ascendant transit this year, and also a solar venus conjuncting natal venus..
So what do you think? Have you excperienced anything like this?
I am posting my solar chart and my natal with solar chart! Thank you in advance !!
