Art is interesting because I feel like a lot of people define it by aesthetics, but really, it's a lot deeper than form and aesthetic. Form is a manifestation of art and can hold a multitude of symbolic implications, but art isn't form. Art is surrender to what can't be defined, to the unknown, to those moments you don't know where you're going, to emotions and feeling that may drive you close to death but you don't die. When you don't die, that is art. Being a writer is odd because then it's like giving words to the innately wordless. It's like stripping away every pretense, every impulse, every superficiality right down to the bare bones and building it up again in your own way
