Can this synastry be salvaged with so many squares?

Not so much the number of squares, but the quality of them and what other aspects are present to off-balance them.
The Venus/mars/uranus conjunction with Neptune is alluring, and the Venus/uranus fascinating and attractive.
Once these have worn out, however, the relationship might just be too heavy and disconnected to continue.
Saturn on descendent would indicate a partner who is older, or serious/cold, but responsible and the man has an Aquarius ascendent that presents a Saturn-type personality.
Mars ruling the same descendent however would contradict the Saturn type, being active and energetic and conjunct erratic Uranus. That Uranus conjunction would also look for freedom in the relationship, and could show break-ups or divorce, being very wilful.
The man's descendent in Leo ruled by sun, with moon there, would look for a partner who is domestic but fun loving and out going. Neither of which is characteristic of a Capricorn or the aquarian planets, which fall in his 12th house so have difficulty expressing their energies openly.
The scorpio moon opposite taurus Saturn links the Saturn and moon qualities each is looking for, but in a relationship this is difficult to handle. Moon represents a person's emotional needs and Saturn can't fulfil these in an opposition.
The clinging, emotional and domestic cancer sun with mercury/venus/mars will become stifling to the Aries/capricorn.
The scorpio moon is really the only emotional link the Capricorn has, and it squares cancer's Uranus, so whenever cancer does dare to act independent (like Aries wants), the scorpio moon will take it personally and feel uprooted and deserted.
Leo moon on the other hand forms a grand trine with mercury/pluto and Saturn, so it does feel emotionally more balanced and fulfilled in the relationship. Leo moon also widely opposes the Venus/mars/neptune conjunction in Aquarius, balancing and attracting and stimulating, but weakly so.
In a love relationship of course Venus is basic, and here the Aquarius Venus sits on partner's Neptune, which is dreamy and fascinating. It also trines Jupiter, which is very comfortable feeling but it isn't sexually stimulated.
Cancer venus trines scorpio moon, but squares Saturn, so there is instinctual understanding
but a bit of coldness and no physical energy.
Throw into this picture Aquarius mars conjunct Neptune, so the sexual energy has difficulty expressing itself concretely.
These two would be better off as friends than as partners or lovers.

Its not a synastry chart. Is it a natal? is it a composite? A composite won't tell you the struggles that you might have, only what the best possible circumstances might be.

Actually the originator of the composite chart, Dr. Rob Hand, has since disavowed them, and now says that the only one that really works is synastric comparisons.

Hi Samantha, i was just passing by and i've read your afirmation. What you mean with Dr. Rob Hand disavowed composite charts?? I never saw this anywhere???
