I see this as a yes

Venus will square Saturn
They are In mutual reception

But Venus will square Jupiter in 12th first which is ruler of your 2nd finances, so you need to make sure its affordable and won’t leave you struggling

Moon which is the matter in question receives both Saturn and Venus and will sex Sun which is co-ruler of the 7th the seller

Does it show as a good/happy purchase and good investment in the long run?

What you saw about the "probably struggling with finances after" its because it will be a cash transaction and not a bank loan..

no need to go that far

saturn rules querent and the money - no issues there
lord of 4th house is fine

so all you need is L1/L2 with L7 / L8 aspect (take moon out because it rules the seller)
