I think a really depressing thought about this though is that you can't actually know as much as you want to know
everything you've assumed about appearances automatically becomes irrelevant
how will I live not being able to make a judgment about everything I come in contact with
oh the struggle
or maybe judging is just a part of life we can't escape. we judge consciously or unconsciously. the people who think they are unbiased are the most biased

I've been experimenting with the notion of knowing that you will never attain perfection/permanence, yet running down the road anyway for as long and as fast as you can. Does the impermanence negate the achievement?

I guess what I was thinking was that...
since my mind and my time on Earth is so limited, there will be so many stones left unturned. how will I know I've been living my life properly and accurately with so little knowledge, understanding, and ultimately lack of judgement of the world. how will I know if I'm doing the right thing, if people are doing the right thing, if I cannot judge

Nah, wasn't trying to counter what you said since that's a personal grappling. I've just seen where the dominant modern day viewpoint of being infintesimal in the grand scheme of "objective creation" crushes people's will to live, and how that doesn't have to be the only interpretation to a "godless universe". Your post was a jumpoff point.

Yes, I plan on making shipload of art! Much better art. By the time I'm 30 I should be able to paint what I want from imagination. I have much more than those paintings I showed you, but i didn't feel like taking a bunch of pictures
