Beginner needing help

Hi!
I am from India but I'm really intrigued by western astrology.
I have just begun to learn how to interpret a birth chart but my only gurus are a limited collection of books from a library (so I can't keep them for future reference)
The text too, can be a bit confusing sometimes...so I thought that perhaps a reading of my own chart will help me connect to what I'm studying in a much better manner.
If anyone could be kind enough for help, I'd be extremely grateful.

Yes, I realise that.
But I also feel that everyone has their own methods of learning a new language.
Please do help me with this if you can.
