Chart for Moving into a New home

Hello
we are in the final stages of buying a house and are looking at the chart of moving in. Not sure what astrology this come under? Mundane? the chart we have been looking at has Saturn on the MC, but as we are both Capricorns then maybe it wouldn't be so hard? Also Saturn is in Trine to Uranus and sextile Venus and no other afflicted aspects. We are hoping to do Air BnB with one of the bedrooms and psychotherapy at the house also.
I have attached the chart of the time and date we are looking at.

It's not brilliant. That Saturn on the MH also squares the ASC, where Chiron is also located. Also, being located exactly on the MH it is opposite the cusp of the house itself. The trine to Uranus and the sextile to Venus are both separating. However, the moon is approaching a nice sextile to the sun, which is in the sign of work, virgo. The moon is in its fall in Scorpio, however perhaps you can turn the chart to take advantage of this aspect, and the moon could represent the psychotherapy? If you also want to have an income from the house, having Uranus on the 2nd promises upsets and surprises, not a reliable source of money.

Thanks for your thoughts ElenaJ....its a tricky one. We have looked at other possibilities but we feel this was 'as good as it gets'. We chose it because the moon was well aspected and the planetary house placements.
