Couldn’t you equally see it as chaos at work, since Rahu is also conjunct Uranus?
In horary the moon in the very same degree as the nodes is not a positive sign regarding the operation of free will or destiny. The nodes are axial.

When Mercury in Libra went direct that represents the counting of the votes.
Mercury is square Saturn in Capricorn conjunct Pluto and Jupiter. This may explain the voting count delays and the lies or corruption when counting the votes.
Maybe when Mercury passes 26 degrees we'll finally get the results.

Or perhaps when Mercury enters Scorpio a truth will be revealed, especially when it opposes Uranus... When Mercury opposes Uranus that's within a few days of Mars going direct. The information discovered could be what triggers rage or action.

Checking Trump's natal chart for that day in particular - he will have Ceres over his 7th house 0 Pisces 27 min.(someone mentioned Regulus, and this asteroid/dwarf planet) will oppose Regulus near his ASC. I did do a chart for the December 14th Eclipse, but I had a weird breakdown of the computer yesterday and lost everything I was working on. All Trump charts ' poof! They aren't anywhere, we've looked through the entire harddrive. This was a crash (blue screen) like no other .... 
I kept thinking, "Mercury rx direct (shadow phase)
The Direct Station occurs in Libra on November 3 at 5:50 pm Universal Time, 12:50 pm EST and 9:50 am PST.
Mercury ends the Post-Shadow in Scorpio on November 19 at 9:04 pm Universal Time, 4:04 pm EST and 1:04 pm PST.

The electoral college vote on 14 Dec is the date of the solar eclipse which opposes Trump's natal Sun and conjoins his natal Moon.
Trump was born on a lunar eclipse (like being born in the eye of a storm) so resonates to them strongly

the moon returns to the same degree

every 19 years
on the Metonic Cycle of the Moon
So if you have not noticed anything extraordinary happening
when there was a full moon lunar eclipse
on your natal planet or angle in the past
then

A Solar Eclipse conjunct his Moon is extremely fortunate time...he will be shining like a full moon & his personality (Sun) will be highlighted.
He might get awarded the 279 Electoral Votes at that time (which he won already but they denied it) to bring him the re-election win or possibly a decision from the courts which will be in his favour.
I wasn't aware of this upcoming eclipse in Dec & appreciate the posting.

Mars sq Saturn an aspect of 'an attack against a government'. 
We know that President Trump was on his way to a huge Victory on Nov 3rd.....until they stopped the count in the key swing states! They called AZ very early yet held off calling FL for a long time...and they refuse to call NC & Alaska even though Trump clearly won those.
MSM act like an arm of the DNC just like Trump said...they called sleepy Joe as the winner even though 5 states are still counting & there are recounts for at least two (GA & WI).
Mercury turning Direct on the same day indicated delay, confusion but we now know that most of it wasn't accidental but by design to commit a massive fraud upon President Trump.
When will we know for sure? Maybe right after the solar eclipse on Dec 14th?
Mars also turns Direct on the 13th Nov & that should move things along with the fraud investigations & the courts. Right now, energy is trapped & thwarted with Mars Retro & not a good thing!
