Good relocation place for Career?

This is my natal chart. Born in the Philippines : https://imgur.com/a/8JG1z

It's great to have Sun and Venus there in the 10th house. My Jupiter is also at the end of 2nd house. The thing I didn't like is really just the Saturn in the 4th and Pluto in the 11th. Painful and intense energies.

I've been thinking of working abroad. But in terms of career, i really wanna succeed as a music artist (singer/songwriter) so I generated 3 places that is commonly known to be good cities for aspiring music artists.

LA: https://imgur.com/a/CPTy7
New York: https://imgur.com/a/e57nM
Chicago: https://imgur.com/a/a0gQA

Now I know there should be other cities like Nashville, perhaps Austin, or idk. But these are the ones I had in mind. I'd love to relocate to new york, its always been my dream to live there, but I'm surprised to see Saturn in the 10th there, an opposition to my natal saturn placement. *sighs* do you think it's a bad thing?

I also have Saturn in the 11th for other places. So i also worry about that.

Do you think I should relocate in one of these places? Or can you suggest other places?

Anyone??

It would mean a lot if anyone could contribute a little. I really do plan to move into one of these places in the future. But I need to know if it would be beneficial for me or not.

Re: Good relocation place for Career?

Hello UraSatVen,

probably it would not be beneficial (very much) to change your location, so you would lose the Sun in 10 and Saturn in 4 stellium, it seems, because your chart is a indeed great chart, and should not really be changed much, unless you want a worse future... Saturn in the 4th house (if I may) just means you seek stability everywhere (a good thing), and Sun in 10 is great all-around, because it makes you vivid and lively.

Re: Good relocation place for Career?

I never did like Uranus and Neptune in the 1st house. Yes, there can be improvements in my opinion, but I could be wrong. In your choice selection, I would go to New York for career, but live around Detroit, MI for creativity and self growth. You can travel to New York like everyone else to work. The key is knowing when to go... watch your transits. Before you decide on anything solid, you may wish to consult Astrologer Julian Lee. He could tell you for sure. There is another member on this site, his user name, "HoldorFold"... gives really good advice...

Yeah it does sound great to have Sun 10th house already there natally. But, I won't be able to stay here in my birth country forever because its been planned that I will go to US to my relatives and probably depend on them for a while before I could start on my own completely. I might work as a nurse for awhile but I'm really hoping I could make it as a music artist. Although, your insight is helpful. Saturn in the 4th has been really painful for me my whole life. I hope to elevate that by having sun and venus in the 4th (New York) location but I also like chicago cuz I have a ton of 5th house there and jupiter really close to MC too.

I understand why you wouldn't like Neptune in the 1st house. But what's wrong with Uranus?

Well besides the sad effects of Neptune, I find it helpful for artistic expression and creativity.

Why New York? Do you think i have better chances there? I figured someone would choose Chicago since Jupiter is nearer to my MC angle. Is Astrologer Julian a member of this site??

The 1st house is how you represent yourself to the outside world. This could be problematic with Uranus in the 1st while experiencing harsh transits, especially when conj. with Neptune. During these times you may feel and appear chaotic and delusional. Better to get it out of the first house. If I can recall, Chicago has pluto in the 6th house? Could cause health issues. New York, It is in the 5th house. Not exactly the greatest either but at least you can control it to a degree. It may even give you more creativity if you work with it. The Sun and Venus in the 4th is awesome; it will give you self love and strength, not to mention a positive attitude. As for Julian Lee, I don't know for sure he is on here. He does have a website (Julianlee.com) with a lot good information on relocation astrology.

Hmmm I see.

Thanks for the input! I didn't think much about relocation astrology before but now I realized how crucial it is for relocating in the future. Not gonna decide on anything final yet, but this information is extremely helpful.
