Assuming that Lilith is particularly strong in a chart and is aspecting the Ascendant or in the first house, how would you expect Lilith to affect the appearance?

Basically, what physical characteristics does Lilith bring to the table
I know someone with Lilith in Cancer conjunct his Ascendant - he's a personal trainer! The strong, silent type. Handsome, normal height, light brown but slightly ginger hair, medium build, very strong physically but doesn't look like a big muscle-man at all. Stoic, doesn't want to think or talk about feelings and emotions, broods and sulks, wants to be in control and doesn't like change. Hates violence against women, he's not violent or hateful himself, but definitely wants to be in control and orders people around a lot, at work and at home! He's a faithful and loyal partner too..! (Honestly!)
Main Lilith point: He's healthy, fit and attractive, and in his daily life he helps people (he has a lot of young female clients..!) who feel weak learn how to take control of their bodies and feel powerful and sexual..!!
