What I am really looking for is to find out details about my marriage partner and my time of marriage. Please check the following interpretations of mine to see if they are correct.
Lucky in marriage (saggi on 7th cusp), marriage partner from far off place or from a different cultural background (ruler of 9th house in 7th), marraige to a wealthier family (jupiter in 8th house), marriage 2 intellectual or eccentric person.
I am confused whether neptune should be counted in 7th house as it's 2 close 2 the cusp of 8th.
Anyone with any other observation?
