Hi Neptuneswims. I was just on another thread you started. So its the sister in law who had the Pluto rising and not you then. Not always the easiest people to deal with, though nothing inherently wrong with Pluto rising of course!
Your chart looks very restless - like its searching for something beyond the ordinary everyday world. All that fire, plus Aquarius and Pisces, and the 3rd/9th house emphasis too. I'm too tired to try to get into it properly now and going off line soon, but with so little earth in your chart you may struggle to keep your feet on the ground. Mercury in Aquarius conjunct Saturn may help you to keep things in perspective though. The words magnanimous and idealistic spring to mind, and perhaps dramatic too!
