12th house magnet?

Do you think that with planets in the 12th (but most especially sun and moon) you act like a magnet over what is in the ether of society or a magnet in the type of people you meet or their behaviour towards you. For instance with a scorpio sun and moon you would pick up whatever the hidden darknesses and secrets of society are, psychically, and find that you seem to be a magnet for negative scorpio behaviours from others (envy, vengefulness, controlling and the like). If a cancer sun and moon in 12th you find you attract negative cancerian types or clingy, insecure, needy behaviour from others or the ether? If a leo sun and moon you attract negative leo types with cocky prideful behaviour from others and from the ether etc
Can the 12th house behaviour manifest outwardly like this even if there is something in ourselves that is attracting it? Or is it just that we are unconscious of that particular behaviour in ourselves?

I have my moon in Scorpio in 12th house and all i can say is that i feel sometimes im swimming against the current.

I'm incredibly passionate about anything meaningful to me to a point of exhaustion..lol I need to sometimes just take a deep breath and place my feet back on solid ground because i get so darn intense.

I wonder what the heck i was thinking when i created my chart b4 birth..:innocent:

12th gem moon, cancer asc, so im not sure which is the one that causes me to feel what others are with no barrier (vaguely though, i'm not psychic).. if i'm around others it's hard for me to fight their moods overtaking me.. i need to be very careful who i surround myself with.. problems with being used because i'm too caring more so when i was youngerthough lol i've learned over time..

May I suggest you read the 'welcome to the world of astrology’ and other ---sticky' at the top of this forum? It has some great explanations, links etc. At the top of every forum there are lots of ‘stickys’ which explain matters in that forum, along with guidelines & tips

There is a 'plethora' of information on AW, espec in the 'stickys' at the top of every forum, our Education forum and Recommendations forum to. Plus we have a good search feature,[but not foolproof obviously, so try here first] bit like google using keywords – initially select advanced and try just selecting 'titles' rather than posts or you'll get too many threads. If this doesn’t get results then try google

Taurus 81, with that placement - maybe you pick up and draw the nervous tension from gemini types. Or appear to be a victim of the inconstancy or superficiality of others drawing the behaviour out of them - is that what is causing the feeling of been used?
This is only a vague idea but perhaps when we claim our 12th house planets maybe we draw the positive traits of the sign involved out of others. When they remain unconscious we draw the negative.

oh it definitely goes both ways.. some of my best friends are geminis, and some of the ppl who befriended me to use me for one reason or another have been geminis, obviously depends on other aspects :) for example, one of my ex- best friends started dating a gem guy, and he kept hitting on me behind her back.. i told her and he spun it so now she doesn't trust me and she posts on fbook that their relationship is better than ever, she still talks to me but i'm not allowed at their place anymore.. im inconsistent and freedom loving myslf (merc in taur near gem cusp loosely conjunct moon, and merc oppose uranus), so that in others doesn't generally bother me..

i like the theory of drawing out unconsciously though..

As a Sun in 12th house, I can relate to meeting people who have 12th house influences as well, though I think this is operates on a much more universal principle that isn't just restricted to a particular house rulership. I see the Sun in the 12th as feeling more 'peripheral' about yourself, in some ways stepping outside of yourself/having at times a more objective view of yourself than most. If that makes sense.
