Spouse from my country or abroad?

Hello,
I really have problem with guys from my own country. They seem not being intrested in me or not these kind of guys I would like to be. I feel better with foreigns.
Is it more possible for me to have partner from another country than my homeland? Is it better for me to leave?

Jupiter (husband) in 12th (far away places) could indicate marrying a foreigner in a female chart. But 4th lord in 4th and 7th lord (4th from 4th) in 6th does not indicate living abroad (using whole sign houses).
