Those are your challenging areas. Doesn't mean it doesn't work out. It just means you have lessons to learn along the way, so more effort is required.

Jupiter is transiting your 4th house and 10th house now. So, some luck and growth on those fronts can be expected until Oct. next year. Any endeavours on the two fronts should happen now. In any case, career wise, you will not be doing a regular 9 to 5, but more something on your own, where you are your own master. Music is a good field for you. Anything creativity related, or anything foreign related as well.

Well North node in fourth house means that you have family issues to deal with + Pluto is there as well.

But like the guy over me said; you have Jupiter in 4th house transit!!!!! Oh my!!!! This is like the best transit to resolve family/inner issues, or at least work on them and improve them significantly!
