Will I see him again?

I tried initiating contact with my crush but he ignored me. I think about him a lot (crush!! - it shows, moon conjunct 7th house) and since I've tried talking to him, he hasn't been around. Will I see him again? I know the chart says that a romantic relationship will not happen (no aspect between venus and mars).

In this case, would the "no" in a romantic relationship chart also indicate I won't see him again?

Good grief...I'm hopeless lol

Horary charts are for short periods of time: days/weeks. I dont find them safe to ask foro longer than a month. They also tell how are the energies ay the present moment and regarding to your question. We need to ask extremely specific questions.
