Past person?

I'm asking about someone from my past who I was never officially romantically involved with, we worked together but it stayed at work. I haven't spoken to them in a year but when I made the horary I wasn't sure what house to use for someone in your past in general. 7th, still or the 12th? I have been told the 12th before from somewhere and just want to double check before I post my interp.

OR should I use the 11H as the other significator because the question is based on hoping an event will happen?
