*known outcome* will i have a wedding on New Years 2015?

This looks to me like a big NO.
I don't have the format I am used to look at, but a quick glance at this chart just tells me no. I'll tell you why.
Moon, the matter is in the 1st sign, a positive... but it is not in aspect to Venus nor Jupiter - natural rulers of weddings. The ruler of the ASC is not aspecting any of those either. AND a big NO is also that Saturn is almost conjunct ASC. ... To add onto the NO answer we see Nnode in 12th and POF in 3rd ... not a sign for a wedding.

I will also say no. Venus retro, Mars detriment, both significators (from sign and exalt) in dignitis of Saturn wich is in the cusp (delays-difficulties)
The main ruler are not in ascpect

yepp the wedding never happened
here are alarms
1. no aspects L1 and L7
2. saturn on asce didnt kill the question
3. venus is retro in cap
4. moon in 1st house - it is almost NEVER good news unless you are asking about a pregnnancy or mother or something along those lines... moon shows instability
