Two t-squares (mars/pluto/saturn)(mercury/pluto saturn) and a grand trine in chart.

I just noticed that my chart has two t-squares. Could it indicate psychological/depression issues? I'm particularly worried about the mars/pluto/saturn t square. I hear it is an aspect found among serial killers?

Also what do they tell about my career? I've read that grand trine can bring a lot of luck is that true?
