Solar return - 7th house stellium

I have Jupiter Mercury and Neptune in the 7th house this year. Is this pointing to a new relationship?
I am a bit worried about Neptune, I don't want to be deceived.

Solar Return Venus is also conjunct natal Descendant.
It is my Virgo Protection year so Mercury is my time lord as well.

In my progressed chart, the Moon just entered my 1st house and Venus just changed signs from Aries to Taurus.

2022 is my Capricorn protection year (age 42), for those who don't know, the protection year cycle on a natal chart starts in your ascendant (1st house) on the first year of birth and makes a round in each house for each one of 12 years to repeat itself in your 12th, 24th, 36th, 48th, 60th and for some, 72nd or 84th years.

I’m interested in Neptune in the 7th house, can you tell what happened? Did you meet a new partner?
