Please, help my cat!

Dear all!

My 11 years old Siamese cat is showing strange chewing movement after he eats! Looks like something is stuck in the back of his teeth, except there's nothing there. I took him to two vets. One said gingivitis, gave him gel, cleaned his dental plaque which he didn't have much (all of his teeth are in excellent state - by the words of the vet).
I even ask the second vet to take an x-ray and see if he maybe has caries underneath the gum, but he said that's not necessary.
I don't know what is the cause of this behavior. Can someone help to what might be the reason, because the vets are clueless.:sad::sad:
Thank you!!! <3 <3
So, I've asked the question: what's wrong with Maza?
